FAITHFIT

We are so excited to share a brand new faith and fitness program here at Heartland called FaithFit! FaithFit is a program that encourages you to be healthier physically as well as spiritually!  We will be offering several exciting group fitness classes throughout each week beginning April 20! We will be offering fun upbeat barbell classes, cross-training classes as well as kickboxing, Christ-centered yoga and stretching! Each class will incorporate uplifting Christian music, prayer and there will be a weekly Bible study!  All levels are welcome!

There is no fee for the classes, however donations are accepted that will go to missions! All classes will be held in the youth center. You can pick up a class schedule at the Welcome desk or see it on our website. This will be a great way to make new friends, get healthier, and draw closer to Christ!  Faith and Fitness come together at FaithFit!  Let’s get healthy in mind, body and spirit! OUR CLASSES

POWER UP!

POWER UP! is a 50 minute, co-ed, full-body barbell workout to fun Christian music.  We use light to moderate weights with lots of reps to get you toned and fit!  (Bring water bottle and a mat.)

Tuesdays - 5:30 and 9:00 AM
Wednesdays - 9:00 AM
Thursdays - 5:30 PM
Fridays - 5:30 AM and 9:00 AM
Saturdays - 9:00 AM

CROSS-TRAINING

CROSS-TRAINING is a 30-45 minute co-ed class.  It is a fun mix of cardio and strength exercises that will not only get your heart rate up, but lift your spirits as well!  (Bring a water bottle and a mat.)

KICK BOXING

KICK BOXING is a 45 minute co-ed class.  It is a fun and challenging workout combining multiple martial arts that will get you into fighting shape faster than you can kick.  (Bring a water bottle.)

STRETCH & GO

STRETCH & GO is a 30 minute co-ed class to stretch and walk or s-l-o-w jog.  Learn a new way to get moving.  All ages are welcome.

CHRIST-CENTERED YOGA

CHRIST-CENTERED YOGA is a 60 minute co-ed class.  Christ-centered movement using the breath to find space, balance, and strength.   (Bring a water bottle and a mat.)

SPIRITUAL FITNESS BIBLE STUDY

SPRITUAL FITNESS BIBLE STUDY is a 60 minute Bible Study for women.  We dig deep in God's word to get spiritually fit.
