Reading: Nehemiah 1
Trust - “You who keep Your covenant and mercy with those who love You and observe Your commandments...Now these are your servants and Your people, whom You have redeemed by Your great power, and by Your Strong hand.” (vv. 5-11)
Reflection: Entering and maintaining an eternal calling from God will demand regular clarity of God’s character and competency especially when the calling is costly and uncertain.
Prayer: “Abba, show me more of Your glory through the truth of Your word that it might capture my heart’s allegiance and give me courage based on my trust in You.”
