WEEK 7 DAY 4
Breaking the Isolation
Devotional
When facing trials, our natural tendency is often to withdraw and suffer alone. Yet isolation can make our burdens feel heavier and our path darker. God designed us for community, especially during challenging seasons. Reaching out isn't a sign of weakness; it's an act of wisdom and courage. When we share our struggles with trusted believers, we often find not only support but also perspective, hope, and practical help for our journey.
Bible Verse
"Jesus said, 'I tell you, Peter, the rooster will not crow this day, until you deny three times that you know me.'" - Luke 22:34
Reflection Question
Who could you reach out to today to share your burdens with?
Quote
"When you suffer, it's bad. But when you suffer alone, it's lethal. And one of the most important things I learned in my worst season of suffering was you got to reach out to somebody. You can't do it alone."
Prayer
Lord, give me courage to be vulnerable with others. Thank You for placing people in my life who can support and encourage me. Help me both receive and give support within my community. Amen.
