Sunday school

At Heartland Church, small groups that meet on Sunday mornings are referred to as either Adult Bible Fellowship or Sunday School classes.  These groups create opportunities for discipleship to take place within the community of the class.  Groups meet together each week to study God’s Word and pray together.  Groups also meet together outside of the classroom to build relationships through activities and by serving on mission together through the life of the church.  Many of the classes offer more intentional discipleship by organizing men’s and women’s groups that meet throughout the week.   As discipleship takes place in these groups, leaders are developed and new classes and groups can be launched.
